Brooklyn-based Nathaniel Paul is an acoustic folk singer-songwriter who mixes super-catchy indie folk and folk-pop music that is easy to listen to. Apart from vocals, Nathaniel plays the acoustic guitar and harmonica with every element of his music production. After moving to NYC from Michigan City (Indiana), he has been on the road touring with The Bergamot.
Nathaniel Paul released his newest release, "The World We're Living In," today on all streaming platforms. The latest release is the follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut album, "Learning to Listen," released last year. "The World We're Living In" is the second single of his sophomore album, "Turpentine," and will be out this summer.
I enjoyed the song's pace; its easy listening and thought-provoking made it unique. The video is a fascinating depiction of how strange this world can be. When I watch the video, it brings up a mix of emotions that make me reflect on what kind of world I'm living in, and in truth, that's why I love music. It makes you think. I would love to hear your thoughts on this song, so please leave a like and comment with your thoughts below.
I would compare Nathaniel's music to that of bluegrass musicians such as Bob Dylan. If you enjoyed what you heard and want to hear more, please like and follow the links below.
Liv Hanna

New York native Liv Hanna is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter and recording artist based in Miami. Her music carries emotional angst with pop, dark pop, and pop-rock elements. She is known for her expansive vocal range and cleverly relatable songwriting. She has already released ten flawless releases and garnered recognition from many media outlets, including Metropolitan Magazine.
On June 2nd, Liv released her newest single, "Back to Hell." The latest release gets vulnerable and provides heartfelt, thought-provoking lyrics. The song features sounds from genres such as alt-pop, dark pop, indie-pop, and pop-soul. Entirely written by Liv Hanna, the single is a mental health anthem about the hellish headspace many are in or constantly falling into.
I love how this song is both vulnerable/raw, and smooth. The relativeness of the song is so real for today's mental health, and I want to know more about this song! I want to know what kind of darkness she is talking about and what the hell is like. It would be interesting to see if she even makes a music video for this song. I want to hear what you think; please leave a like and comment below with your thoughts.
I would compare Liv to Tessa Violet, Ashe, and other female singer-songwriters. If you like what you hear, then please leave a like and follow the links below.
Thyra Hilden

Danish-based singer-songwriter band Thrya Hilden is a widely known musician internationally exposed through BBC, CNN, AP, and many others. The band comprises Thrya on vocals, Martin Drago on guitar, Mads Jenson on drums, and Lucas Caddeo doing the rest of the heavy work with keys, bass, and guitar.
On June 2nd, Thrya released her 12-track album, "LOVE DRUGS." In her words, Thyra says the inspiration behind the songs is about love and loneliness being chemical processes in the brain and body. The two create a slightly absurd twist to joy, longing, and devotion with this knowledge. With the album's release, the band is preparing for the summer concerts and live studio events on radio and TV.
I enjoy the mellowness of each track, and the soft vocals genuinely give the feeling of longing for love. It has a melancholiness that drives into the ears and allows you to vibe easily through the whole album. I would love to hear what you think, so please leave a like and comment below with your thoughts.
I would compare Thyra's music to soft rock musicians and female singer-songwriters such as Sylvan Esso and Dodie. If you like what you hear, then please leave and follow the links below.
